Fellow Associate
Background / experience
Master’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering or a related field from leading institutions.
Fresh graduate or professional with less <2 years experience.
Core skills
Strong background in problem solving, analytics & research skills.
Ability to structure and break down complex problems into discrete tasks.
Good verbal & written communication skills in French & English. Arabic is a plus.
Mindset & interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to thrive in teams.
Associate / Senior Associate
Background / experience
Master’s degree / MBA or equivalent in business, engineering or related field
2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally with a management consulting firm or similar.
Core skills
Confirmed consulting toolkit
Ability to structure and carry out complex quantitative, strategic & financial analyses in autonomy.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in French and English. Arabic is a plus.
Mindset & interpersonal abilities
Predisposition to work in teams to solve high level business problems.
Aptitude for leadership .
Entrepreneurial mindset : initiative, intuition and creativity.
Manager / Senior Manager
Background / experience
Master’s degree / MBA or equivalent in business, engineering or related field.
5 years+ experience in consulting or a related field.
Core skills
Ability to plan activities and deliver projects on time and quality.
Outstanding communication skills in both formal & informal settings in French & English. Arabic is a plus
Skills in identifying business opportunities and enhancing client portfolios to drive revenue growth.
Mindset & interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
